THE NOTORIOUS MURDERESS

In October, 1890, Mary Pearcey murdered her lover's wife, Phoebe Hogg and her baby daughter.

She was hanged for the crime at Newgate Prison on 23rd December, 1890.

In 1939, author William Stewart proposed her as a contender for having been Jack the Ripper.
